Fuel Your Move
A fun four-step activity for Year 3 and 4. Find out how food gives your body energy, plan a week of moving and playing that suits you, then share your goal with your class on the wall.
How to do the activity
- 1
Open the link your teacher shares with you. You do not need an account or a password.
- 2
At the very top, choose what helps you best — bigger writing, an easy-to-read font, or press Listen to hear any page read out loud.
- 3
Press Start the activity and do the four steps: read or listen to the ideas, sort the foods, plan your week of moving, then share your goal.
- 4
Share your goal on the Class Wall using a fun nickname — never your real name.
- 5
Read three friends' goals, tap the heart to cheer them on, and pick one idea you want to try.
Designed for every learner
Lots of ways to see it
Every page can be read, listened to with the Listen button, or opened as plain text. Big writing, clear pictures and an easy-to-read font help everyone.
Lots of ways to join in
You choose your own activities and how many minutes. You can try the food sorting again if you want. Rest days and playing at home count as movement.
Lots of ways to share
You can write your goal or record a voice note. The weekly plan lets you type your own activities from home, your family or your culture.
